Abstract

In the modern world, the problem of research of transnational corporations (TNCs) remains one of the urgent tasks. In the new realities of international cooperation, the traditional internationalization of commodity (resource) flows is expanding by the global transnational movement of capital; the scale of accumulated geoeconomic resources creates a new geofinancial space. The emerging new world economic and technological structures erode national borders, transnational corporations are transforming into a “global” segment of world geopolitics and geoeconomics, reviving the imperial ambitions of large TNCs. The process of internationalization is accompanied by the growing power and influence of transnational companies from developing countries (TNC RS), increasing international competition for a variety of resources and their flows.
Achieving global domination in almost all spheres of life also allows us to consider transnational companies and their elites as the most important non-state actors of the world political system, providing a high speed and extensive geography of internationalization, as well as a tendency to “export democracy” and invest in countries with high level of political risk. As a result, new information network spaces are created, a virtual geopolitical world and “new common values” are formed as a fundamentally new way to achieve success in world politics and economics.
